As we continue to monitor the developments of the circumstances ahead, we want to adjust our operations accordingly to protect you and our team members. Please take careful note of the additional measures and options we are offering at this time.
Call-in ordering will be encouraged.
We will be encouraging customers who still find it convenient to visit us to call ahead to place orders to help reduce interaction times.To help improve our efforts to maintain a clean and safe environment, we will be mandating social distancing in-stores.
This will require individuals within our stores to be at least six feet apart from one another.Because we are implementing social distancing, we will also not be allowing customers to grab/touch/handle products from cases.
This poses an easy avenue for transfers. We need to guarantee all products on our shelves and in our cases are clean and disinfected.Due to government mandates, we will require all store patrons to refrain from using vapor products on our premises.
Customers will need to scan their own IDs for age verification.
Employees must still verify names and photos with purchasing customers.No public restrooms will be available for customers.
Only staff will be allowed to utilize available restrooms. This will help limit the potential transfer of germs and other bacteria.Recent changes that we will continue to practice include:
- Increased cleaning and disinfecting throughout the store with products containing hydrogen peroxide and isopropyl alcohol
- Cleaning and sanitizing store and surfaces after each customer interaction
- Washing hands thoroughly and regularly after each customer interaction
- Restricting all sampling temporarily
- Offering call-in orders to all customers
- Having customers insert their own credit/debit cards into the processing terminal
