PLEASE READ: USPS Vape Mail Ban
Due to PACT Act requirements, all current and future orders will have a $15.00 shipping charge associated with the delivery. This is subject to change, as the United States Postal Service (USPS) is expected to cease shipping vapor products any day. In the event this ban comes into effect after you have placed an order, you will be refunded your money and the products will not be shipped.
***Please know shipments will require an adult signature and proof of ID at the point of delivery. This requirement is why there is a $15.00 cost for your delivery.***
The states we currently CAN ship to through USPS:
- Minnesota
- North Dakota
- Wisconsin
- Virginia

Once USPS has officially ceased shipments of vapor products, we may not be able to ship to your area until an alternative carrier service is found.
Here is what you should know:

Industry Changes
The CARES Act signed into law in December 2020 included an amendment to the existing Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act (PACT). The changes made now classify all vaping products as cigarettes, making them subject to strict shipping restrictions and other regulatory requirements.
Major shipping services like UPS and FedEx have changed their policy and will no longer ship vaping products. Please know this was an internal policy decision by UPS and FedEx, and a large part of the reason we are now limited on shipping options.
Infinite Vapor will continue to work to find shipping solutions in your area. Initially, we will not have the ability to ship to every state and we will not be able to serve our entire customer base.
But as more alternative carriers can expand their coverage, we hope to serve more customers and return in full swing.
The PACT Act enforces additional requirements related to:
- Age verification
- Sales bans or restrictions (e.g., flavor ban)
- Delivery, billing, or shipping
- State and ATF reporting
