Beat place in town. Beats all the other shops. You are always treated respectfully and attended quickly. Amelia is always super helpful and had answers for all my questions! 10/10 recommend 👌

**AVOID THIS BUSINESS**I have been a loyal customer of this location for years. I purchased a vape device from this location and it suddenly stopped working. I called the location and was told that I needed to go through the manufacturer to get service. I tried that but the very first page on their website shows a QR code that it tells you to show to the clerk at the retail store where you purchased the device, if they should tell you they cannot help you with the after sales service, so they can review the service terms.The clerk told me over the phone to go to the website that told me "tough luck, go back to the store." Upon learning this I called back to the store and explained what was going on. The girl that helped me was very pleasant. She said she didn't know what to tell me but didn't want me to feel like I was getting jerked around so she would call her manager and that she would call me back before the end of her shift.She did call me back after a few minutes and she told me to bring the device with me and to come to the store and they would swap it out for a working device. I drove all the way to the store. Gave my device to the male clerk who disappeared into the back. He tried to fix it or whatever he did for well over 10 minutes while I waited, just for him to come out and tell me tough luck, there's nothing we can do. My manager changed his mind and we aren't going to honor our work and swap it out with a new device.I've never been this disrespected by a "business" in my life. These people clearly do not value their customer's loyalty or time whatsoever. They don't value their word either.

I went in to purchase $2.50Worth of some incense!!!. The guy at the counter, who at first seemed nice, insisted in seeing my I. D..I explained. I wasn't going to "show my I.D. to purchase 10 sticks of incense. He stated it was "store policy". I said its not "my" policy, and if it was absolutely neccesary... forget the purchase completely. He refused to sell me the incense without seeing my I.D. I said forget it, it was communism!!! LOL LOL I TOLD THEM THEY WERE TRICKING, AND TRAPPING THEIR CUSTOMERS! THEY TOLD ME "NEVER COME BACK". THESE STORES SELL "MAILING LISTS, SALES LEADS LISTS WORLD WIDE!!! GIVE THEM YOURE I.D., AND EXPECT TO HEAR FROM THEIR OTHER CUSTOMERS...THE ONES WHO BOUGHT YOUR INFO.BAD JUJU HERE!!!

Pros, reasonably sized selection, and staff are helpful and courteous. Cons, the prices are still a little high. I always stop in when I'm in the area, and will continue to do so, but I Wish prices were maybe 10-15% cheaper.

I would like to start by asking how many of you have read stories about your private data being collected without your knowledge and sold to other businesses for profit? All these places that want to scan your ID are oblivious to the obvious security risks of having your ID's scanned by a computer connected to the internet to verify your age. If the grey hairs in my beard aren't enough or you cannot do simple math by the date on my ID, you literally have no business operating a store. Until the owner of a store or establishment can sign something for me accepting full liability in the event any of my data is saved, stored, or transferred to another entity, I will not allow it. This information age has made people lazy and complacent, safeguarding your private information is more important now than ever and this place does not do that by insisting on a privacy intruding scan of your ID.

Place is great, people are nice. They are semi expensive compared to online pricing. But that's modern shopping for ya. Only recommendation would be DO NOT buy one of their "Randy's" branded butane torches. Went threw 2 torches in just about 3 weeks time. The flint just stops lighting the torch and due to the speed that the butane comes out of the torch, using a lighter to light the end of it does not work.

My dad got harassed by a girl named Krystal at the pinks bar who works here and at pinks. She embarrassed him at pinks because apparently someone with a bandana caused chaos there and automatically assumed it was my dad and he doesn't even vape. My dad is almost 60 why would he even go into that store. She brought one problem to another business , which don't make sense, but continued harassing my dad at pinks in front of everyone. Think this girl needs to be fired at both places because that's not right

I feel that I learned something! The guy that helped me was very informative, and seemed to know his stuff. He answered all my questions and helped me make a more informed decision to be able to quit smoking cigarettes.
